Cosy 1 room apartment with a living room. Clean and neat, with basic cooking utensils, including wine opener and glasses. Good for relaxing holiday.

If there is a 6 stars, I will rate it so! My husband and I stayed for three nights and the experience was above expectations. The location is perfect especially if you are arriving by train. The room is clean, modern and well equipped. Everything works! The host was really accommodating and allowed us to check in and out beyond the usual hours (as long as it is possible of course). The instructions to enter the apartment is really clear. Truly, we have no complaints at all. I hope it can host all travellers like us. Thank you, Grégoire!

Very nice and clean apartment. Often the neighbourhood around the train station is a bit run down in most big cities, that was definitely not the case in Dijon. The location of the apartment felt very safe and clean. Also everything is in walking distance. Street parking is expensive and is limited to a max of 2 hours at 4,5 EUR.

Séjour du 20 au 22 juillet… Superbe séjour,nous avions l appartement 8,très propre et fonctionnel,rien ne manque…literie parfaite…la climatisation n etait pas de trop… A quelques minutes du centre ville il se situe à 5 min à pied de la gare,tout est accessible à pied…nous avons vraiment passé un séjour parfait…nous reviendrons sans hésiter… Merci à Grégoire pour toutes les informations transmises ainsi que son accueil téléphonique…excellent rapport qualité prix…

Goed en fijn hotel op een gunstige locatie in Dijon. De kamers aan de binnentuin grenzen aan een basisschool (overdag luidruchtig, avonds rustig).

Excellente organisation, les trois chambres étaient impeccables. Une adresse que je retiens.

Very nice appartment, we had nr 5 on first floor, sleeping room and living, each not very spacious but more than ok, shower and bathroom clean and enough space. All new, clean, airco, with windows front and back that can open, dishwasher, microwave. Freindly host. Just 1 minute walking from the cathedral, 3min from main shopping street (Arc William) and 8min from the Market Halles and the Dukes Castle. With good private parking (note dimensions of the gate, not suited for large suv etc, ask the owner, good public garage in some minutes). We had a good stay there. The price was moderate.

Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Modern eingerichtet. Grosses Badezimmer mit viel Ablagefläche. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Parkplätze vorhanden. Alles bestens.

Great place. Enjoyable stay. Would definitely visit again.

Les + Bel endroit/ quartier calme Joli appartement Emplacement idéal Literie confortable Bon accueil et disponible Les - Nous aurions aimé avoir du gel douche car ne pensons jamais à voyager avec (c'est plutôt un standard de nos jours d'en trouver dans les apparts en location) Le papier WC pas terrible et surtout pas assez. Nous avons du en racheter. Il y a une petite cuisine mais il manque au moins le sel et le sucre pour le café. Il n'y a pas assez de capsules pour le nombre d'occupants et le nombre de jours. Pas de table où manger si on est plus de 2.

Très propre, fonctionnel, très proche du centre de Dijon, adapté aux personnes en difficulté. Tout est automatisé de l'arrivée au départ. L'inconvénient de ceci c'est une absence de convivialité.

Très bien placé, belle immeuble et appartement tout récemment rénové. Tout le nécessaire dans l'habitation pour un bon séjour.

I stayed for 7 days in Villa 14, apartment 9, on the top floor. I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, all is brand new and decorated with taste. The apartment feeled like a home away from home, very safe and secure (I travelled alone). Great bed and bathroom facilities. The owner takes good care of the place and is just a phone call or message away if you would encounter any problems. You have the whole of the beautiful, partly medieval historic city centre of Dijon on walking distance (max 15 minutes), train station is around the corner, as are the magnificent cathedral and the botanical gardens. Das Apartement war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, aber auch etwas unpraktisch. Der Kochbereich war sehr eng, sodass man nicht nebeneinander arbeiten konnte. Im WC gibt es kein Handwaschbecken. Man muss durch das ganze Apartment ins Bad laufen. Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Plus gibt es für die zentrumsnahe Lage. Wir haben hofseitig gewohnt, daher war es sehr ruhig.

Een fantastisch appartement in het centrum van Dijon. We hadden een appartement op de tweede etage. De keuken is schoon netjes, met vaatwasblokjes en alles wat je nodig bent. De bedden slapen heerlijk. De badkamer is prima, en er is een wasmachine, mét wastabs. De airco was heerlijk koel bij de 40 graden die het buiten was. Gregoire spreekt engels. Dijon is de moeite waard.
